Sports Personality Awards

Every year Blaenau Gwent Council presents a variety of Sports Personality Awards for individual performances, team performances, coaching performances, and so on. All sports are eligible for consideration for these awards.

This year, in recognition of its success in winning division-1 of the ETTA Cadet Championships, the Gwent County Cadet team was presented with a Blaenau Gwent Team Performance Award.  The presentations took place at Abertillery Sports Centre on the evening of Friday 10 June 2005.

The team members were:-  Patrick Thomas, Adam Draper, Daniel O'Connell, Ryan Crowley, Charlotte Jenkins and Chloe Thomas.
