  • Rule 29 (ii) insert after ".. 48 hours and agrees to play the match before the due date or agrees to .." (Carried)
  • Rule 29 (ii) instead of ".. If the Secretary of the non-defaulting club feels that the opposing club is being unreasonable in agreeing to a revised date .." Insert "If a secretary considers that the other secretary is being unreasonable by not agreeing to a revised date .."  (Carried)
  • Rule 29 (v) delete (Carried)
  • Rule 47, Instead of "There will be no double played .. Burton Cup", Insert "All W G Clement and Burton Cup matches will consist of three players of one team playing each of the three players in the opposing team (i.e. nine singles events consisting of the best of three games with no doubles event). The first player to reach 21 points in a game is the winner of that game (i.e. winning by two clear points after 20 points is not necessary). The score of every game will commence with the score of the individual handicaps of the player (e.g. a game could start at 2-19) (Not Carried)
  • Rules 57,58,59 should be repositioned in a more appropriate place in the rule book i.e. they refer to the constitutional and league matches and should not be positioned in the portion headed "W G Clement .. challenge cups". (Carried)

The Cardiff teams in the Welsh League had a good season with the Cardiff (A) team winning Division 1 and a prize of 300.
